This was my favourite lodging during my six weeks in South America so I am compelled to write a detailed review! From the moment I checked in for my two night stay the staff could not have been more helpful or welcoming. They created such a nice relaxed atmosphere (especially Nao and Maria). My room was delightful - a big window so the room felt light and airy, extremely comfortable cosy bed, a jug of drinking water on the bedside table, fabulous shower with good water pressure and endless hot water. The room was charmingly decorated and both it and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious - freshly squeezed juice, cappuccino, eggs, fruit - in a bright spacious breakfast room. There is a fabulous outdoor patio to chill out in also so the whole vibe is really relaxing. The building is completely secure as they have a 24 hour reception so whoever is on front desk duty is buzzing people in and out (I liked that there were no random people wandering into the premises). The area is quiet and I felt totally fine walking around it on my own. There are restaurants and cafes a few streets away (I recommend Galindos - yum) and the neighbourhood is pretty and tranquil. It didn't feel like being in a city to be honest.

Wow This place might be small but it was big on comfort & features. Let's start with the best breakfast I had during my month in Chile. Served with smiling care by my new besties as we exchanged Goodle translate discussions. Also I could fill my carafe as often as I wanted with water as they don't recommend tap water. Yes my room was small very small but I knew that. It was my last hotel in Chile & I packed accordingly putting what I would need for a few days at top of bag. I was then able to push suitcase into closet under the shelf as it would take up all the space laying flat in room. That worked perfectly. The location was a very quiet neighborhood & a short walk to Patio Bellavista that has many restaurants & small shops. Also walk up & down the streets & marvel at the fantastic murals which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. It is also a short walk to the funicular to take to the top of San Cristobal Hill. There are 2 great outside sitting areas but not much indoors except in the breakfast room. Wifi was great. All the staff were very helpful. A perfect choice for the end of my trip exploring Chile.

Very cozy boutique hotel in nice suburb of Santiago set in a quiet residential street, but close walk to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Lovely friendly feel and I felt at home straight away. From arrival the lady on reception was very welcoming and right through all staff were exceptionally nice. Thank you to David for facilitating a smooth check out at 4am for my early flight from Santiago. I wish I could have much longer and look forward to returning to Casa Bellavista👍High standards of cleanliness and service. Lovely lady worked around my Spanish😆 when serving fresh cooked breakfast including gorgeous omelette😀. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic city. Close proximity to Salvador metro station and as such access to the great Santiago metro system. Finally I really loved the garden terrace, great place to relax and unwind. Thank you all👍

This is an absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel. We loved the decor inside and out. Our room was quiet and extremely comfortable….the bed was perfect. All the staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly even though we speak minimal Spanish, they were so patient. Breakfast was the best we had throughout a month of travel in South America…yogurt with fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice, a delicious omelette and as many lattes as we wanted. Couldn’t be better. Bellavista is a lovely, safe suburb and the hotel is an easy walk to the funicular and to the restaurants and cafes. We wished we could have stayed longer.

This was my second stay at Casa Bellavista Hotel and I was very happy with everything again. Very relaxed and clean. Great location for transport links including metro. Thanks to all staff again, breakfast and room all great. Thank you also to the young lady on reception on my last night for helping me translate an urgent text I received into English. Also thank you for 3 am wake up call and breakfast pack. I look forward to returning to Casa Bellavista Hotel again. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all. Plus as always love the garden terrace 😀👍
